PERLMAN, Bessie (nee Verbian) In her eighty-fourth year, on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Beloved wife of Bennie Perlman for sixty-three years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Nathan, Carrie and Morris Perlis. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Dave and Barbara Verbian of Toronto, Claire Rosenthal of Florida, the late Willie and the late Mary Verbian, and sister-in-law of Shirley Goldenberg, Doris and the late Maxie Perlman, Dave and the late Betty Tkatch. Cherished Bubby of Jordan Perlis, David Perlis and Cara Backman, Michelle Perlis and Lonny Fineberg; Bonni and Jennifer Perlman. Special thanks to Anna and Alex and the staff of 7 North at Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, March 6 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Knights of Pythias Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay.
