OBITUARY DOROTHY (GRIFFIN) LESLIE (NEE RICE) 1918-2009 Dorothy Leslie passed away peacefully February 26 in her ninety-first year at the Bayview, surrounded by her children. Daughter of the late James Rice and Belle Sadleir, cherished step-daughter of Arthur Dawe. Widow of the late Bill Leslie. Beloved mother of Jane (Brian Dickson), John (Bonnie Brown), Mary (Hisao Matsui) and Cathy (Alan MacIntyre). Beloved grandmother and great-grandmother of Christine, Matthew, Jeremy, Shintaro, David, Georgia, Alexander and Emily. Our thanks to the many caregivers who have touched her life with their kindness over the years. Special thanks to the fifth floor staff of the Bayview for their loving care during and at the end of her life. A private funeral was held March 3, according to her wishes.
