NICHOLSON, Evangeline Marjorie "Eva" - At the North Bay General Hospital on Monday, July 26, 2004, at the age of 82 years. Eva Chowen was the beloved wife for the past 53 years of Charles "Les" Nicholson. Loving mother of Ralph Bernard and his wife Theresa of Barrie, Ed Nicholson and his wife Gail of Chalk River, Cathy Desjardins and her husband Richard of North Bay and Lorraine Desjardins and her husband Ken of Deep River. Lovingly remembered by her 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother Danny Chowen of Charlottetown, P.E.I., and sisters Ella Clark of Toronto and Marilyn Chowen of Glasglow, P.E.I. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall), today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, July 29th at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
