COTTON, Elsie Anna (nee Rowat) - Passed away peacefully on March 26, 2009 in her 94th year at Grove Park Home. Predeceased by her husband Noah Cotton. Loving mother of Doug and his wife Donna of Shanty Bay and Beth and her husband John Hoare of Peterborough. Beloved grandmother of Tammy (Mike), Cindy, Patty, Marc (Jenn) and Amy. Elsie will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends will be received at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Sunday March 29, 2009 from 2-4 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 11 AM. Interment Elmvale Cemetery in the spring.
