JODOUIN, Alexina “Celina“ (Collin) - In loving memory of Alexina “Celina“ (Collin) Jodouin, 85 years, who passed away Thursday, November 6th, 2008 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph Health Center. Born in Sudbury, she married Lionel in Mattawa, in 1941. Celina was an avid and gifted gardener, and a wonderful cook. She was skilled at knitting and sewing. Celina always had time for everyone, she was well respected by family and friends. She was a compassionate woman who was happy to share her wisdom and knowledge with others. Family was the center of her life, she lived a life of love and caring for which she earned the simple and true title “Memere“. Beloved wife of Lionel Jodouin predeceased 1999. Loving mother of Ronald (wife Sue Lafond) of Sudbury and Jeannine (husband Pat Corcoran predeceased 2007) of Sheguiandah. Cherished Memere of Colleen Sansoucy (Guy), Douglas Jodouin (Tiffany), Brenda Smith (Peter), Patricia Corcoran (Mark Biesinger), granddaughter-in-law Margaret Ferrucci and great grandchildren Ethan, Julia, Katherine and Patricia. Dear daughter of Nazaire and Adele Collin both predeceased. Dear sister of Anna, Melvina, Philip, William, Cleophas, Blanche, Cecile, Denis, Omer, Bertha and Albert all predeceased. Funeral Mass in Holy Redeemer Church, 1887 Bancroft Dr. Monday, November 10th, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery. Donations to Heart and Stroke Fund would be appreciated.
