Margaret HAMILTON

Former New Liskeard resident Margaret Hamilton-Adema of Oshawa died December 6, 2008 at Bowmanville Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was 74. Mrs. Hamilton-Adema served in the Canadian Armed Services for several years and was a graduate obstetrical nurse from Grace Hospital, Toronto. She also took the RNA course at the former Haileybury hospital and practiced at the New Liskeard and Englehart hospitals. Mrs. Hamilton-Adema is survived by her loving family Robert, Robina, Margaret, Janet and their spouses and dear grandchildren; sister-in-law Janice, brother Mac (Nonie) Hamilton of New Liskeard and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents John and Robina Hamilton, brothers James (Mildred), John and sister Ruby (James). She will be dearly missed by many family members and friends. Cremation has taken place. Further arrangements are being made in Oshawa.
