Ellis Richard CHANT

CHANT, Ellis Richard - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, in his 97th year. Loving husband of Olive for 70 years. Beloved father of Richard and his wife Doreen. Much loved grandfather of John, Troy and Mark and his wife Tracey Chant. Great grandfather of 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Ellis was very proud of his time spent working at Westlands Aircraft in England during the second world war. He retired after many years of service with Cockshutt Farm Equipment. Both Ellis and Olive have enjoyed their time spent living within Smokey Hollow Estates. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 10 am.
