SMYTH, Gerald - Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday March 25, 2009. Gerald Smyth of Ingleside. Beloved husband of Joan Smith nee-Valentine. Loved father of David Smyth (Susan) of Calgary, Jayne Taylor (Philip) of Kanata and Pauline Gearing (Bob) of Tampa, Florida. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Charlotte (Wayne), Franchesca, Chole (Nathan), Analise (Jesse), Kahlyn and Taylor. Predeceased by one brother Frank Smyth. To honour Gerald's previously expressed wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses Gallingertown. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
