Ellen Gertrude DITTMER

Mrs. Ellen Gertrude Dittmer October 25, 1918 - March 19, 2009 - In her 90th year, a precious soul went to walk with the Lord in the gardens of Heaven. Ellen will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by Lloyd, her husband of 59 years; her children, Dennis (Bonnie), Jody (Shane), Janell (Don); nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family and friends. She always looked forward to spring so she could see the new flowers come up. She also enjoyed travelling, canning and crocheting. A Memorial Service will be held at the Grace United Church, 6215-104 Avenue, Edmonton, on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
