SIMPSON, Robert Joseph - February 14, 1932 - March 14, 2009 It is with deep sadness that the family of Robert Joseph Simpson announces his passing on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the age of 77 years. He will be deeply missed by his wife Sharon of forty years; son Lowell (Elaine) Simpson; granddaughters, Sheena, Trudy and Caitlin Simpson; as well as numerous family members and friends who knew and loved him. The family would like to extend their thanks to the paramedics, doctors and nurses in the emergency department at the Foothills Hospital for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of MOUNTAIN VIEW FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Calgary Humane Society (4455 - 110 Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB T2C 2T7).
