MOORE, Hilliard "Sonny" - At Sudbury Memorial Hospital, Sunday, September 12, 2004. Hilliard Moore, loving companion of Dorothy "Tilly" Potts, in his 75th year. Loved brother of Arden Moore, Rita O'Sullivan and Doris Laronde, all of Bear Island. Sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alice and Charles Moore, sisters Laura McKenzie, Eva Horner and brothers Ernest, Buddy and John Moore. Visitation at Bear Island Recreation Centre today and Wednesday after 1 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Ursula's Church, Bear Island, Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Bear Island Cemetery. Sonny enjoyed playing ball and was a softball pitcher for several teams for many years. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Association would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
