RICE, Douglas Duncan Peacefully, with his family by his side, after a long illness at the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site on Sunday March 29, 2009. Douglas Duncan Rice of Cornwall and formerly of Ingleside. Beloved husband of Edna May Peters. Loving father of Margaret Power of Ingleside and Heather Rice of Ottawa. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Emma Power and Beth Power. Dear brother of Margaret Rice of Victoria, B.C. Douglas was the son of the late Samuel and Agnes Rice of Toronto. A private visitation and service will be held at the Funeral Home as per Doug's wishes. Flowers gratefully declined. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Eastern Counties Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
