Jeanne Marguerite GIROUX

CARON, Jeanne Marguerite (née Giroux) - Beloved wife of Jean-Paul, passed away at her home in Ottawa on March 15, 2009, at the age 79. Predeceased by her son Thomas, she will be missed by Jean-Paul, her children, Jean, Michèle (Crampton), and Paul, grandchildren Nolin, Nicolas, Mehgan (Crampton), Nicoh, Richard, Julien, Patrick, Christophe, and Francis, and by her siblings Claire (Faubert) and Brian. We cherish and are solaced by heartfelt and wonderful memories of many selfless acts of love and kindness. Raised in Sudbury, Jeanne's musical talent was shared with many at recitals, as organist for years at the Church of Christ the King, and with countless children who came to her weekly for piano lessons. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, March 20th in Ottawa. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
