Anna Helena PHALEN

MacKINNON, Anna Helena (nee Phalen) 1939-2009 It is with great grief and sadness to inform you of the sudden passing of Ann on April 11, 2009. She leaves behind her spouse and best friend, Mike. Loving mother of Wayne (Debbie), Terry (Suzie), loving step-mother to Terry (Jill), Debbie (David), Tracy (Sterling) and her grandchildren, Shayne, Jodie, Bobby, Emily, Ryan, Meaghan, Josh and great-grandson Brayden. Ann also leaves behind her brothers, Art (deceased), sister-in-law Rita, Joe (Mary) and many, many beloved, cherished relatives and friends. Friends and family are welcome to celebrate Ann's life on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White at 222 Cartier Blvd in Pointe Claire. Visitation will commence at 12 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the "Royal Victoria Kidney Foundation".
