Rita Margaret GUERIN

CACCAVELLA, Rita Margaret - Lifetime member of Immaculate Conception Parish. Peacefully with her family at her bedside on Sunday, October 17, 2004 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Rita Guerin, beloved wife of the late Joseph Michael Caccavella (Joe) (August 14, 1989). Cherished mother of William and his wife Jacqueline of Guelph and Maureen and her husband Bob Lewis of Peterborough. Loving Gramma of Christina Caccavella of Richmond Hill. Dear sister-in-law of Anna Marie Thompson, Teresa Jones, Nina Tobin, Bibi Fornaro and Marion Caccavella. She will be remembered with love by many nieces, nephews and friends. Pre-deceased by her parents William Guerin and Margaret Burke, and by sisters Josie O'Toole, May McCarthy, Irene McCarthy and Kathleen (Katie) Guerin and by brothers Martin Guerin, and Cecil Guerin (Killed in action in W.W. II). Rita's humour, quiet strength and dignity are the wonderful gifts she left us. We will cherish her memory forever. Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 19, 2004 and 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2004. (Parish Prayers 7:30 p.m. Tuesday). Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. Father David West officiating. Interment Highland Park Cemetery.
