HENDERSON, Gene Graham - At Vision Nursing Home on April 20, 2009, Gene was reunited with his late wife Janet (Kent) Henderson (1972), at the age of 82. Dear friend of Jean Deyo. Loving and devoted father of Susan (Tom) Dunn, Paula (Roy) Jude, Kent Henderson and Joy (Mark) Seibutis. Cherished grandfather of Cara (Randy) VanStraaten, Wesley Seibutis and Olivia Seibutis. Brother of Gord Henderson. Brother-in-law of Sheila Henderson and Gord Laird. Predeceased by parents Mary and Harry Henderson of Oil Springs. Also predeceased by siblings Marguerite Douglas, Irving Henderson, John Henderson, Alice Blackstock and sister-in- law Joyce (Kent) Laird. Gene was an Imperial Oil retiree with 33 years of service and obtained his First Class Stationary Engineering Ticket. Gene will be remembered for his love of nature, family, and music. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
