Born in Seymour Township (Campbellford, ON), John is survived by Shirley (Nobes) Quinn, loving mother of his 4 children and predeceased by Marjorie Patterson and their surviving daughter. Cherished father of Barbara & husband Ron of Oshawa, Gary of Toronto, Patty & husband Kevin of Peterborough, Johnny & wife Kate of Oakville and Allison of Oshawa. Dear grandfather of Angie, Jody, Jeremy, Josh, Emily, Sadie, Riley, Cameo, Justin & Dustin and great grandfather of Demetrius, Damian, Quinten & Oliver. Predeceased by his parents John & Alice W. (Gurry) Quinn and sister Margaret Ellen Quinn all of Campbellford. Lovingly remembered by all his extended family and many friends. The family will receive friends at the WEAVER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 77 Second St., Campbellford on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass to be held in St. Mary's Church on Saturday April 18, 2009 at 11 AM. Father Clair Hickson Officiating. Spring Interment at a later date. Parish Prayers will be held in the Funeral Home Friday evening at 6:45 PM.
