Beloved husband of Moreen (Beaudette) Dicaire and by a previous marriage, the late Noella Vivier. Dear father of Lise Dicaire (Bob), Carol Villeneuve (Marcel), Michael and Andre Dicaire all of Cornwall. Dear step-father of Rolland Lapointe (Claudette) of Ottawa, Linda Taillon (Gordon) of Cornwall, Dwain Lapointe of Kanata, Rudy Lapointe (Dorothy) of Ingersoll and Marcel Lapointe (Liette) of Ottawa. Loving grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear son of the late Adelard Dicaire and the late Eglantine (Proulx) Dicaire. Dear brother of Irene Proulx of Montreal, Quebec. Predeceased by one brother, Rene Dicaire and by two sisters, Beatrice Brunet and Bernadette Levac. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Friday, March 6, 2009 for Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral on Friday.
