HOMAN, Nellie Yolanda November 4, 1925 - February 13, 2006 Our loving mother and grandmother passed away February 13, 2006, in her home at the age of 80. Nel was born in Veteran, Alberta. She is the loving mother of Elaine Lawson, Phil Homan (Jeanette Kohlruss), Judy Homan (Will Wasylenko) and Lorrie Pratt. She is survived by her brother Orlon Larson of Cranbrook, B.C., sister Millie Homan of Red Deer, brother James Steele (Louella) of Saskatoon, sister Sara Elsasser of Acadia Valley, sister Isabelle Stone of Louis Creek, B.C., sister Darlene Maclean of Courtenay, B.C., and sister-in-law Valarie Larson of Calgary. Nel was predeceased by her husband Robert, son Gregory, daughter Sharon and brother Lars Larson. She was a loving grandmother to sixteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
