Milija ZALE

BRAUNS, Milija (nee Zale) 1915 - 2006 Died peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Ottawa General Hospital on the 26th of May. Predeceased by husband Augusts. Loving mother of Peter (Daina) and grandmother of Talis, Laris (Allison), Kriss, Eriks and great-grandmother of Aleksandra. Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews Ojars, Uldis and Solvita in her homeland of Latvia and Rolfs and Mats in Sweden, by her extended family Maija, Guntis, Kaiva, Aldis and Ilvars of Toronto and by her friends in the Latvian community. A Memorial service will be held on August 5th at 10:00 a.m. at Peace Latvian Lutheran Church, 83 Main St. Ottawa K1S 1B5.
