Wilbert James ROTHWELL

Rothwell, Wilbert James (Webb) Rothwell Wilbert James(Webb) — Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on November 21, 2004 in his 88th year. He is survived by wife Edith(nee Dagg), son Bruce(Maureen), daughter in law Milly(Brian), brother William, sisters Kathleen, Muriel and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sons Dale(1978) and Brian(2002), brother John, sisters Stella and Jean. Webb grew up in Timmins, had many friends and was an active member of the First United Church. He was a long time employee of the Hollinger Gold Mine and later in the Sherman Mine in Temegami. In 1982, Webb and Edith moved to Burlington where they enjoyed a full and active retirement. The funeral service was held at the Appleby United Church Burlington. Interment was at Portage-du-Fort Cemetary Quebec alongside son Dale. Webb lived a full and loving life and will be sadly missed by family and friends. - 12/15/2004 - ID5376954
