Jiri George NOVAK

NOVAK Jiri (George) 1924 - 2006 George Novak, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away at Agape Hospice on June 26, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 82. George and his family immigrated to Canada from the Czech Republic in January 1969. He enjoyed a long, happy and prosperous life always surrounded by those he loved. George is missed and will always be remembered by his loving wife Zdenka; son Milan; daughter Marcella Archer and her spouse Robert Kerr; and grandchildren, Adrian and Hilary Archer. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff and volunteers at Agape Hospice for making George's final days comfortable. A Celebration of George's Life will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 - 4 Street N.W. (inside Queen's Park Cemetery) on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Cemetery.
