Carmen FREIRE

MANGIOLA, Carmen(nee Freire) Passed away peacefully at home on November 27, 2004, only days after her 70th birthday, which she celebrated happily with her close family and friends. Dearest mother of Bernardo and fiancee Lori, and Alejandro and wife Claire, and beloved Nona to Marco, Christina and Leah. She will be missed by her brother Jose and best friend Cuchi, as well as her sister Oriana and dozens of loving friends and family in her native Chile. Carmen filled our lives with love, joy and laughter, and her strength and wisdom always lit our way. Special thanks to the hardworking nurses of St. Elizabeth Health Care and the staff at Windsor Essex Community Care Access Centre. In her honour, donations may be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre or the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 from 12 noon until time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 pm at the Walter D.
