COURTOIS-KEMPEL, Patricia - Peacefully after a long hard struggle between heart and cancer, at the Grey Bruce Health Services, on Saturday, April 25th, 2009. The family of Patricia Yvonne Courtois-Kempel (nee Hansler), of Owen Sound are saddened to announce the passing of their mother, nana and great- nana, at the age of 76 years. Loving mother of Rick Courtois and his wife, Cindy (nee Jones), of Waterloo, Mike Courtois and his partner, Sandi Sawers and Lee Anne Harrison and her husband, John, both of Kitchener, Tammy Walpole and her husband, Keith and Frank Courtois and his wife, Gael (nee Mulvaney), both of Owen Sound. Proud nana of Jon, Kris (Serena), Tanner, Wesley, Jesse, Nicholas (Dee), Karleigh, Jordan, Michael (Keira), Kaeli and Aly and great-nana of Nathanial and Mason. Pat will be sadly missed by her two sisters, Vicki Bondi and Peggy Bell and her husband, Harold, both of Owen Sound and her many nieces and nephews. Pat will also be missed by the Top O' The Hill Restaurant staff where she helped for many years and met with her two sisters everyday. Predeceased by her parents, Johanne (Dick) and Marcella Hansler; her granddaughter, Ashley Harrison; her brother, Billie Hansler; her brother-in-law, Frank Bondi. Friends may call at the BRIAN E. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs.
