DULPINS, Velta (Nee Vidners) - Peacefully at Riverview Manor on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Ermanis. Lovingly remembered by her sister Valija Fogels of Toronto and by her relatives and friends in Canada, U. S. A. and Latvia. A private celebration of Velta's life will be held at a later date.
