HAMMOND, Mr. Joe - At Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Friday June 5th, 2009 Mr. Joe Hammond of Chatham in his 53rd year. Cherished son of the late Gordon and Yvonne Hammond. Beloved husband of Nancy (Nykolozyn). Loving father of Lisa Marie Hammond and Joseph Leigh Hammond. Dear brother of Mary Losier, May Minogue and her husband Dave, Ray Hammond and his wife Pat, and Terry Hammond and his wife Terri-Lynn. Also survived by his sister-in-law Brenda Hammond. Predeceased by his brother Gordon. Family and friends are invited to the ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME, 245 Wellington West, Chatham, 519-352-2710 on Monday afternoon with visiting from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. The funeral service for Mr. Hammond will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2:30 p.m. with Rev.
