WEBSTER , Helen Helen passed away on June 21, 2009, at the age of 86. Helen was born on March 5, 1923, in the town of Rosthern, Saskatchewan, where she was also raised. She then attended college in Saskatoon and worked in Ottawa as a secretary for her Member of Parliament. Later, she worked for the RCMP in Toronto. In 1952, she was married and moved west to Edmonton, where she raised her family. She moved to the Beaver Dam Lodge in Calgary in 2002. Helen enjoyed gardening, bowling, attending church activities, doing her crossword puzzles and playing cards and other games with her family and her friends at the Lodge. Most of all though, she enjoyed spending time with her family and was always there for them. Helen will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her daughter, Janet Boyarzin of Bluffton, Alberta; her daughter, Elaine Jones, her son-in-law, Ron Jones, and their family, Steven and Michael of Calgary, Alberta; a sister-in-law, Mary Kisil of Osgoode, Ontario; and a niece, Sheila Crosbie and family of Metcalfe, Ontario. Helen was predeceased by her brother, Mike Kisil; her sons, Stephan and Bill; and by her son-in-law, Vern Boyarzin. A Memorial Service was held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Beaver Dam Lodge in Calgary. If friends desire, memorial tributes may be made in Helen's name to the charity of their choice.
