Edward Brooks OWEN

OWEN, Edward (Ted) Brooks Passed away at Ottawa Civic Hospital on Monday June 29, 2009 as a result of complications from a minor stroke. Ted was predeceased by his parents Edward and Violet Owen (nee Brooks), his wife Rachelle (nee Gauthier) and his brother Tom Owen. He is survived by his son Edward R. Owen (Karen) and his daughter Michele (David McCaw). Loving Grandfather of Nicole Usher (John), Christopher and Craig Owen and Alexandra McCaw. Loving Greatgrandfather of Shaunnessy, Mitchell and Kelsey Usher. The family wishes to thank the kind staff of the Ottawa Hospital for their caring help. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt Ave.) Ottawa on Thursday July 2nd 2009 from 2 to 5 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday July 3rd, 2009 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
