DOWSLEY, Jeannette Sunday, July 5th, 2009 at her home in Ottawa. Beloved wife of Brian Dowsley. Cherished mother of David, Thomas (Therese Rajotte), Joanne (Robert Manson), Robert (Kristina) and Mary. Loving grandmother of Quinn Dabros and Brianna and Meghan Dowsley. Deeply loved and missed by her sister Lois Webber. A Private Ceremony will be held at a later date. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens. Those wishing to commemorate her life may donate to the Canadian Cancer Society. Heartfelt thanks go out to the Community Palliative Care Network and the many other home care providers.
