BELANGER, Rita (nee Legare) On Saturday, July 11, 2009, Mrs. Rita Marie Nelly Belanger of Ottawa, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Pierre Belanger. Loving mother of Louise Martel (Jean), Michele Steigerwald (Eric), Helene Belanger (Benoit Foucault) and Monique Belanger-Fill (Greg Fill). Cherished Grand-Maman of Marc, Katherine, Micael, Noemi, Danek, Rodrik and Corinne. Special thanks to the staff of Barrhaven Manor for their wonderful care.
