BIEMAN, Lowell John Frederick - of Foxboro, passed away at Quinte Health Care on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Clarke) Bieman. Dear father of Nelson (Shelly) Bieman and Cathy (Bill) Wittekoek, all of Foxboro. Dear grandfather of Kelsey and Kyle Bieman and Danielle Wittekoek. Mr. Bieman was predeceased by his parents, the late Nelson and Davina Bieman; by one brother, Raymond; and by a sister, Merelda Mills. He is also survived by sister-in-law Peggy Bieman, of Burlington, and by several nieces and nephews. Lowell will also be sadly missed by his dog, Charlie. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the STEELE FUNERAL HOME, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville. (613-968- 2273). At the family's request, there will be no visitation. Cremation will take place at Elmwood Crematorium, and a graveside service to inter the cremains will be held at Elmwood Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to the charity of your choosing would be appreciated by the family, and may be made through the Steele Funeral Home.
