SMITH, Thomas Christie - At Village Retirement Centre in Pickering on Sunday October 4, 2009 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Audrey Smith. Loving father of Daisy Poyner (the late Kenneth Poyner), and Thomas Michael Smith (Verna Smith). Dear grandfather of Edward Smith, Stephan Poyner, David Poyner, and Kendra Allan. Predeceased by grandchildren Brenda Smith and Norman Smith. Sadly missed by his many great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. Survived by his sister Jessie Khner.
