GRANT, Stewart G. “Bud” - Driver for National Grocers. Avid Leaf fan, (win or lose). Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Ellis, formerly Wrightly). Father of Karen, Danny and Kathy. Dear brother of Roger (Deanna) and John Sr. (Louise). He will be missed by his extended family Robin Wrightly CGA (Tracey). ‘Grampa Bud' will also be missed by Kayla and Kyle Wrightly. Bud was predeceased by one daughter, his parents Stewart and Gertrude (nee Sutton) and his siblings Maxine Stein and Wayne. Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Sunday, October 25 from 6-9 pm, and on Monday October 26, from 10 am until the service begins in the Comstock Chapel at 11 am.
