Thérèse LAMOUREUX

LANTHIER, Therese (nee Lamoureux) After a courageous battle with cancer, on October 26, 2009, she died surrounded by her family, at the age of 78. She retained her wonderful smile throughout her illness. Beloved wife of Jean-Claude Lanthier. Daughter of the late Oswald Lamoureux and the late Marie Emilia Lessard. Dear mother of Diane (Ed Lanthier) and Carol (Bill Woodson). Cherished grandmother of Brad, Jeff, Sam and Jake. Sister of Marcel. She is predeceased by her brothers Wilfrid, Royal and Roger and by her sister Irene. She will also be missed by many nephews and nieces, close friends and by Daisy. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. The family will greet family and friends from 10am at the Holy Spirit Church, 1489 Shea Road, Stittsville, on Friday October 30 followed by a Memorial Service at 11 am. Special thanks to the caring staff at the 6th floor, West, Ottawa General Hospital, especially to Ruth, Penny and Toni for their compassion and support.
