Amy Maxwell MACKENZIE

DURNFORD MACKENZIE Amy-Maxwell (nee Mackenzie). Peacefully in Montreal on November 14, 1998 in her ninety-sixth year. Wife of the late Elliott Durnford. She is sorrowfully missed by her daughter Jancis Stead. Predeceased by her son Hugh (Rachel Moorhouse-Nancy Douglas). She was a truly beloved grandmother of Sarah, Jennifer, Andrew Stead (Racwyn), Sally (Eric), Megan (Larry), Kendra (David). She delighted in five great-grandchildren. Amy Durnford and her mother Maude Marion Mackenzie were both volunteers for many years at the Fulford Residence, formerly known as the Church Home. Visitation on Tuesday, November 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. at M.A. Blythe Bernier, 940 Ogilvy Street, Montreal. Funeral service on Wednesday, November 18 at 3 p.m. at St. Georges Church, Place de Canada. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Fulford Residence, 1221 Guy Street, Montreal, Quebec, H3H 2K8.
