HIGGINS Harold (Jake). Suddenly on November 21, 1998. Beloved husband of Catherine Cunningham and cherished father of Debbie (Jim) and Michael (Lea Ann). Survived by his brothers Gerald and Andrew. His devotion to his family and his active participation in numerous community organizations and charities will forever be remembered. Resting at Kelly Funeral Home Inc., 19 Lake Street, Huntingdon.
