POIRIER LACOSTE Emela Suddenly but peacefully in hospital at Arnprior on Monday morning, November 23rd, 1998. Emela Lacoste of the Burwash Street Apartments, Arnprior in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Isidore Poirier. Dearly loved mother of Omer (Clare) of Arnprior, Paul-Henri (Therese) of Jonquieres, Quebec, Jacqueline (Mrs. Joseph Adamo) of Ottawa and Lina (Mrs. Donald MacEachern) of Lindsay, Ontario. Predeceased by a daughter, Mrs. Carmelle Fillion. Dear sister of Mrs. Lucienne Marceau of Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, Mrs. Emilia Cayouette and Mrs. Lucia Mayer, both of Kapuskasing, Ontario. Also predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Cherished grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 9. Friends may call at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 Wednesday morning. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Wednesday morning, November 25th at 11 o'clock. Interment will take place in Arvida (Jonquieres), Quebec on Friday morning. In remembrance, donations to the St. John Chrysostom Church Restoration Fund or one's favourite charity would be appreciated by the family.
