BURNS Elizabeth (Betty) R.N. At St. Mary's Hospital on November 29, 1998. Beloved daughter of the late William Burns and Elsie Kenny. Predeceased by her brothers Allan and Kenny. Survived by her friend and companion Rita Wood R.N., four nephews, Danny, Ronny, Duncan and Michael and by her sister-in-law Denise Burns. Betty was a long time nurse at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Resting at Collins Clarke Funeral Directors, 5610 Sherbrooke Street West. Funeral service in St. Monica's Church (6405 Terrebonne Avenue) on Wednesday, December 2 at 1 p.m. Interment Cote des Neiges Cemetery. Calling hours for family and friends Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Victoria Hospital Nurses Alumni would be appreciated.
