HALPENNY Beatrice-Jane (Former Elder at Westboro United Church) Peacefully in Ottawa on Saturday, January 2, 1999, in her 90th year. Predeceased by parents Fergus and Florence (Barrett) Halpenny and sister Annabel, all of Manotick. Loving sister of Charlotte Peacocke of Ottawa. Survived by Shirley Simpson and family as well as many cousins. Special friend to Barbara Timpson of Ottawa. A special thank you to the staff at Bronson Place for their loving care of Jane. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of the Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
