OLSHANSKY Sam. On Tuesday, February 9, 1999 aged eighty-seven years. Loving and beloved husband for over sixty-two years of Gertie Dworkin. Best and loving father and father-in-law of Resha and Marty Kaplan, Nancy Lazarus, Norma and Brian Stott. Sweet and adoring grandfather of Melanie, Adam and Samara Kaplan, Maureen and Rob Maynard, Ron Lazarus and Andrew Stott. Great-grandfather of Aaron and Max Maynard, and Sydney Ann Kaplan. Survived by his sister Nellie Bloom and brothers Lou and Aaron. Also survived by his sisters-in-law Ruth, Sarah, and Ruth. Predeceased by his sister Yetta, his brothers Issie and Moishe and brother-in-law Boris Bloom. He will be mourned and missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service from Beth Olam Levayah, 8255 Bougainville (corner of Decarie and de la Savane) on Friday, February 12 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Chevra Thilim Pinsker Kinyan Cemetery, de la Savane.
