THOMAS James-Victor. On February 23, 1999, passed away in British Columbia. Husband of Emily Ruth Phelps (Thomas). Survived by eight children, seventeen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Memorial service will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 980 Moffat Street (Bannantyne entrance), on March 5, at 7:30 p.m.
