IRVINE McMASTER Margaret-Mona (McMaster). Passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 25, 1999 at Sandfield Place Nursing Home, Cornwall in her ninety-first year. Beloved wife of the late Lt. Col. A. Marshall Irvine. Dear mother of Mona Louise Webb (Philip) of Smith's Cove, N.S.; David Marshall Irvine (Sylvia) of Smith's Cove, N.S.; John Marshall Irvine (Gloria) of Cornwall; and Douglas Marshall Irvine (Nancy) of Hantsport, N.S. Survived by sisters Frances Robinson of Vancouver; Helen Paulin of Hamilton and a brother John McMaster (Florence) of Val Morin, Quebec. Born in Montreal, Quebec, she was the daughter of the late Honourable Andrew Ross and Florence Bellhouse McMaster. She was predeceased by sisters Amelia Patton and Florence Anderson. Also left to celebrate her life are grandchildren Marshall, Peter (Kristen) and Andrea Webb; Geoffrey Irvine (Kelly), Jennifer Begrand (Rob); James and Jonathan Irvine and Dylan and Nataleah Irvine; step-granddaughter Lynn Harland and great-grandchildren Williston and Julia Irvine, Peter Webb Jr., Oliver Begrand and step great-grandchild Madelyne Maingot. Resting at the McArthur Bros & MacNeil Funeral Home and Chapel, 428 Second Street East, Cornwall, on Saturday, February 27, 1999 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to time of Service. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 1999 at 2 p.m. in Knox St. Paul's United Church with Reverend Roy Babstock to officiate. Cremation with burial in Mount Royal Cemetery, Montreal. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Cornwall General Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
