WINDSOR David-Arthur. After a courageous battle, he passed away on March 24, 1999 at the age of sixty-one. Beloved husband of Deborah; cherished father to David, Sheri and Tiffany, step-father to Douglas and Jean; with nine grandchildren. His family and friends from across Canada will miss him very much. Memorial service will be held on April 2 at 7 p.m. at his residence.
