STALKER WEIR Dorothy-Warwick (nee Weir) After a brief illness, at Fort Meyers, Florida, on April 1, 1999, in her 82nd year. Daughter of the late Thomas Watt Weir and Margaret Elma Nicholls. Beloved wife of Alexander McTavish Stalker. Dear mother of Donald (Jane Capell), Anne (Nicholas Rafferty) and John (Jacynthe Leboeuf). Beloved "Gran" of Leanne, Elizabeth, Ellen, Genevieve and Alexander. Also survived by her sister, Helen (Robert Casement) and several nieces and nephews. A graduate of McGill University, she was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. Dorothy was involved in many activities. She was the first chairman (her preferred term) of the Montreal Presbytery of the United Church of Canada. She was a Past President of the McGill Alumni Society. A service will be held at St. Mungo's United Church in Cushing (Chatham) Quebec on Thursday, April 8 at 2 p.m. Interment will be in St. Andrew's East Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The only visitation will be at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
