BURNS DOYLE Eileen (nee Doyle). It is with great sadness that the family of Eileen (Doyle) Burns announce her quiet passing on Thursday, April 8, 1999 in her eighty-seventh year. Beloved wife of the late Robert E. (Bob) Burns. She is survived by her children Anne, Peter and his wife Carmen, Robin and his wife Fran, her much loved grandchildren Chris, Tony, Tracey, Randy, Todd, Matthew, Jennifer and Mitchell and her very special great-grandchildren Robert, Madison, Dylan, Sarah and Jake. A gracious lady whose wonderful smile and sheer determination will be remembered by all who loved her. The family wishes to sincerely thank all the staff of West Island Manor for the care and love they gave Mom. Resting at Alfred Dallaire and J.F. Wilson and Sons Funeral Home, 123 Maple Avenue, Chateauguay. Visitation on Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday as of 9 a.m. A Celebration of Life will take place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 295 MacLeod Avenue, Chateauguay at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, 1999. Interment Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers / A.L.S. Fund would be appreciated.
