LEWIS Annie In hospital after an illness on Wednesday, May 12, 1999, in her 91st year. Widow of Frederick Neil Lewis. Survived by her 2 daughters, their husbands and families, Ellen and Wayne "Andy" Anderson, Wayne Jr., Ian and Eric all of Ottawa; Joyce and Lloyd Martin, Heather, Carol and Donald all of Guelph, Ontario. Also survived by great-grandchildren, Brandon, Collin, Tyler, Adam, Terry James, Brittany, Sean and Leslie. The family of Mrs. Lewis wishes to thank the Drs. and staff of the Ottawa General Hospital for their kindness and support. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
