Marie CHORNEY

ATHERTON Marie (nee Chorney). 1926-1999. At the Royal Victoria Hospital on June 9, 1999 at the age of seventy-three. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Atherton. Survived by her mother Katherina Maluga, her son Douglas (Noelle-Ange), her grandson Mathieu, her sister Dorothy (Gerard), Hilda (Peter) and her brother Stephen (Pierrette) as well as by numerous relatives and friends. Cremation to take place prior to the family receiving condolences at the Mount-Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, (main entrance) 279-7358, Monday, June 14 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family wishes to thank Dr. A. Towers, nurses and volunteers at the Palliative Care Unit who provided her with the utmost care during her stay.
