Basil McCarthy WOOD

WOOD, Basil McCarthy. Richford, Vt. at the age of eighty-four, died unexpectadly Sunday evening, June 27, 1999 at Northwestern Medical Center, in St. Albans, Vt. He was born in London, England, June 2, 1915, the son of the late William and Mary Wood. He is survived by his wife Doreen (Derry) Wood of Montreal and Richford, Vt. His three sons Sean of Halifax, N.S., Bernard of Paris, France and Brendan of New York City, his sister Vera Wood of Noosaville Queensland, Australia, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
