Ainsworth Henry Galb STURTON

STURTON, Ainsworth Henry Galbraith (Smoky). Entered into eternal rest at La Providence, Magog, on Saturday, August 7, 1999 in his seventy-eighth year. Husband of Joyce Galbraith McCallum. Beloved father of Wendy, Jacquelyn, Ainsley and David. Loving grandfather of Daniel, Tabitha, Robin, Benjamin, Jesse, Megan, Nathan and Amy. Fondly remembered by many dear friends. Served in the R.C.A. from 1935-45 with the 94th Anti-tank Battery, 3rd Anti-tank Regiment, and then with 113th Anti-tank Battery, 7th Anti-tank Regiment. Thanks to doctors, nurses and staff at La Providence for their kindness and devotion. A memorial service will be held in Magog at the United Church, 211 des Pins, on Saturday, August 14, at 2 p.m. Interment in Quebec City at a later date.
