CAMPBELL (Hyland), Catherine Maude "With Christ which is far better". Peacefully in hospital, Smiths Falls on Tuesday, September 7, 1999, Catherine Maude Taylor in her 100th year. Wife of the late Clement Campbell, also predeceased by her first husband Norman Hyland. Loved mother of Harold (Amy) Hyland of R. R. 3, Smiths Falls, Elizabeth (Peter) Vander Hoek of Sun City, California and Berwick (Helen) Hyland of R. R. 3, Smiths Falls. Stepmother of Marjorie Lemax of Smiths Falls. Predeceased by sons Jay and Laird Hyland, stepson Wally Campbell and sisters Bernice Paine, Edna McNairn and Ruth Lowe. Survived by daughters-in-law Marjorie Hyland of London, Phyllis Hyland of Toronto and Marnie Campbell of Arnprior, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchldren. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, September 10 at 1:30 p.m. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. "Blessed in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints", Psalm 116, Verse 15.
